Clock Tower in Sighişoara
Work is going on in Sighişoara, digging under the clock tower, few meters away from the house where Vlad Dracula is supposedly born:
As no specialist from "protection of cultural heritage" is on spot, and some approvals from the Ministry of Culture seem to be missing, this is really concerning.

Sorry, my post was not very clear, I realize it now.
Well, they are replacing the water or gas pipelines (or some other public utility). Problem is that most of the times workers within this domain don't know, neither do they care about the historic monuments, so important traces might be destroyed while this utility replacement works happen.
