Bran Castle on Italian Television

This morning, the Italian Television RAI 1 aired a short documentary (about 5 minutes) presenting the history and the actual status of Bran Castle.

They mentioned it has been built in 1300 (in fact the "official" year is 1377), that it belonged to Dracula in 15th century, than to Queen Mary of Romania (not mentioning it was a gift of the Brasov Local Council), being transformed into museum by the comunists.


Now, Dominic of Habsburg manageg to have the castle given to him (as he eredits Qeen Mary and the royal family) and wants to sell it for an amount of 60 - 100 m. USD.
